My Autumn Style Edit

autumn style edit

As I have said before, summer is my absolute favourite season. I love everything about it, and when September rolls around I’m so sad to see the nights draw in, the days get colder and the trees start to shed their leaves. Don’t get me wrong, I do love a good autumnal crunchy walk through the leaves, but my love for summer means autumn is a bittersweet time of year.

The one thing I do love about this season however is the change in fashion. While my favourite clothes to wear will always be those appropriate for the summer, I am quite a knitwear and coat fiend. A cosy knit or a stylish coat will always turn my head and when September starts I am instantly looking to see what clothing I can add to my wardrobe to keep me warm as the days get colder. And don’t even get me started on scarves and hats!

As I have been doing a little bit of online window shopping recently I thought I’d collate an autumn style edit of the key pieces I would love to add to my wardrobe this season. That H&M faux fur jacket needs to be mine!
