You might be thinking you’ve seen this dress somewhere before.
I couldn’t resist the pink version of this little Topshop number after loving the blue so much. I did also recently notice they have a black satin one which could be perfect for the new season. Is that a step too far or do I need it in my life?
Decisions, decisions.
The fact that I bought this dress twice shows just how much I love it. If you want to hear me chat a little more about it, I have filmed a favourites video which I am currently working on editing so keep your eyes peeled for that on my YouTube channel hopefully tomorrow night.
I did intend for that video to go up tonight too but there’s just so much going on this week that I haven’t quite had time to finish the editing. I’m trying so hard to catch up on my blog and get regular posts on the go again, but at the same time trying to do that for my YouTube channel. Sadly there aren’t enough hours in the day outside of work to do both, so for this week, my focus is on the ol’ blog. Then this weekend I’m hoping to smash loads of editing out so I can get back on top of it all.
Fingers crossed for me?
But back to the outfit, these snaps were taken in the beautiful gardens of Linderhof Palace that I spoke about in yesterday’s post. I thought they would be the perfect backdrop for a simple summer outfit.
It literally is a carbon copy of my outfit post for the blue dress, but when it was around 30 degrees outside for walking around sightseeing, and I had a limited wardrobe due to being on a road trip, it was honestly the easiest outfit to chuck on and go.
That’s what I love so much about summer, you only need a couple of pieces to complete an outfit and head out of the door, none of this layering malarkey you have to put up with for the autumn/winter. Layers that you then have to peel off when you go indoors. Reason 736 why summer is my favourite season.

This also rounds off my summer outfit posts, I now only have travel posts from the summer season coming your way still. So I’ll just take one last moment to (yet again, for the millionth time) mourn the end of summer for another year.
