Ever since I saw Rock of Ages, I have loved Julianne Moore’s hair and makeup looks. Whether her hair is long or short, it always looks amazing, and totally sways me to staying blonde. She can rock a bold lip, or equally look fresh-faced with barely there make up. Whatever she does, I’m envious of it. Her current shorter hair cut is giving me so much hair envy right now, I just don’t think I can commit to the chop!
