Last week as a treat for my university results (I got a first! woop!) the day after I got home from holiday, my mum took me for a spa day at a really nice spa near where we live.
The spa is housed at a place called Eastwell Manor, nestled in the lovely Kent countryside.
It was a hot sunny day so I took plenty of photos.
The grounds are just beautiful.
Might have to get married here one day 😉
The spa is in a separate building to the manor called The Pavilion.
As it was super short notice they couldn’t fit us in for more than one treatment so we went with a head neck and shoulder massage for me, and a back massage for my mum.

The day that my mum booked included a croissant breakfast so we sat outside in the sunshine and had some croissants and orange juice. Lovely jubbly.
Then my mum noticed they have a giant Connect Four there so being the big kid she is, she had to have a go. The only trouble is she seems to have forgotten the name of the game as she asked me “How many do you have to get in a line to win?” Oh mum.
We then trotted off to our treatments. This is the reception area of the spa itself. They sell lots of Clarins and other brands’ products which I was very tempted by.
After our treatments and before lunch we went into the relaxation room they have. Theres lots of big squishy sofas and chairs and its painted to look similar to the grounds outside which is a nice touch.

For lunch we had 2 courses and 3 options for each course. So I went for the salmon dish and then a sticky toffee pudding which we ate outside in the sunshine.
After lunch had gone down we headed for the swimming pool and sauna area. Again it has been painted to look as though it is outside.
After a swim we headed back outside for a bit of a sunbathe. They have an outside pool too but it was rammed with people because of the hot weather so we picked a spot next to the golf course and caught some rays there instead. All in all it was a lovely day and way to celebrate my results.
