On the first day of the Olympics I was lucky enough to see the Mens Artistic Gymnastics Qualifiers…
The tickets were the boyf’s and I was lucky that he decided to take me. It was absolutely amazing, we saw countries such as the USA, Japan and Italy perform in the qualifiers. It was at the North Greenwich Arena (the 02 arena) and it was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity. So I thought I’d share a few pictures from the day. I wore a Topshop t-shirt and jeans, a Primark card and my new wedge trainers by Truffle. I wish we could have gone to more events, the atmosphere was just amazing, everyone is so excited and happy. The only annoying thing was that if you don’t have tickets to an event actually in the Olympic Park then you can’t get in which was a bit upsetting, we were planning on going to the massive McDonalds in there for dinner! But all in all a great day, proud to be British.
